Ordering
When you place an order, the products will be held for seven days, if we do not receive your payment within that timescale we will assume that your order is cancelled and the products you selected released for sale.
Payment
We are currently only able to accept payment by cheque, please make your cheque payable to ‘Wei-Wei Trading Limited’ and kindly put your order reference number, address and card number on the back and send with a copy of the order confirmation print out, to :

Delivery
On receipt of your payment, your order will be posted next working day by first class post, unless otherwise requested.
Our postage charges are as follows:
First class post for orders less than £15.00 £1.50
First class post for orders over £15.00 Free of charge
Special Delivery £4.00
Back Orders
All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date. You may of course cancel your order at any time if you so wish to.
Returns Policy
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of receipt in its original "unworn condition" and we will refund the product price, if the packaging has been damaged or discarded please just wrap them up securely and return them to us. The value of your goods will be refunded but this will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. However should you need to return any goods due to there being a fault with the goods received then your postage costs would be refunded to you.

Handling complaints
In the unlikely event that you should have a problem please inform us as soon as possible either by telephone, E-mail or in writing. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days (Monday to Friday inc) and we will endeavour to sort out the problem as quickly as possible, this would usually take a maximum of 5 working days.
